• In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future bookings.

• Warm Water Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Changes and Cancellations

• Any requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our approval.
• Additional fees may apply for changes to bookings, and not all changes may be possible.
• If you cancel your booking, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and additional cancellation fees may apply based on the terms of the service providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Warm Water Travel acts as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, or acts of terrorism.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
• Warm Water Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
